For Fun

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family. I have 3 children that keep my wife and I on our toes. We enjoy spending time at our family cabin in northern Wisconsin. We also enjoy our yearly trips to Florida and Culver Indiana. I am an avid golfer and huge GREEN BAY PACKERS fan.

About Me

  • I am based out of McHenry, IL
  • My college years were spent at University of Wisconsin - Platteville
  • I love talking commodities with my clients. My goal is to build client relationships by actively managing client hedges and positions.
  • You can find some of my work in Allendale's commentary and past winter conferences. Catch me at Allendale's booth at Commodity Classic this year!
  • Area of expertise is hedging for grain and livestock producers. I mainly following spreads, basis and commercial activity along with technical indicators to confirm my ideas. I try to hedge at a point where the producer is protecting positive margin and not just an overall price in the market. I use both futures and options to manage risk for clients.
